📬 Async, by default Meetings are the exception. A short written note beats a 30-min call. Your deep-work hours are sacred.
🔐 Non-custodial mindset We never hold what's not ours. In code, in product decisions, in how we treat your time.
✍️ Clear writing Every PR has a "why". Every launch has a one-pager. If you can't write the decision, we can't ship it.
🧪 Ship, measure, iterate 2-week cycles. Test in production behind flags. Roll back without a post-mortem. Ship again Monday.
🌍 Remote-first, time-zone aware We hire in UTC-8 to UTC+10. Overlap windows are 4 hrs/day — the rest is yours.
🎯 High agency If it's broken and you can fix it, fix it. Permission is cheap. Write up what you did afterwards.

How we interview
No LeetCode gauntlets. No surprise coding challenges at 11pm. Every step is written so you know what to prepare.
1 30-min intro A hiring manager walks you through the role and answers your questions. Also checks for obvious misalignment. ~ 30 min
2 Take-home (paid) A realistic 4-hour task you do on your own schedule. We pay €200 regardless of outcome. ~ 4 hours
3 Deep-dive A 90-min session with 2–3 team members to review your take-home and dig into specifics. ~ 90 min
4 Leadership chat A non-technical conversation with a founder or senior leader. We invest as much here as in the technical rounds. ~ 45 min
5 Offer + refs We decide within 48 hours of the last round. Offers are verbal + written same day. References are the final check. ~ 2 days
